Valerius Delawar is a Elite Demon who works under Luc, the King of Hell in TAP[The Alliance Project]. He's known mostly for becoming highly viscous when touched for the most part. As all Elites do, he has a past that brought to his profession and quite frankly, makes me cry. I am brutal to my characters...yeah I know.
